GRAND CABLE has recently signed a supply contract with a local power equipment procurement company in Argentina for the supply of 3×95 + 1×50 + 1×25 mm² pre-assembled XLPE insulated aerial bundled cables (ABC) for distribution network projects in the country. This represents yet another ABC cable order secured by GRAND CABLE in the Argentine market, with the purchaser being the third independent power equipment supplier in the country to place such an order. This milestone demonstrates that GRAND CABLE's products have gained recognition from multiple local companies in Argentina's distribution network sector, with market coverage continuing to expand.

The order covers cables in specification 3×95 + 1×50 + 1×25 mm², rated at 1.1kV, and manufactured in compliance with IRAM 2263, the Argentine national standard for power cables. The products feature XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) insulation, offering good electrical performance and weather resistance. They are well-suited for overhead installation in medium and low-voltage distribution networks and are commonly used in both urban and rural grid rehabilitation projects. The cables will be delivered to the Usina project site in Argentina for local distribution network construction and upgrades.

The purchaser is a local power equipment supplier serving multiple distribution projects across Argentina. GRAND CABLE previously entered the Argentine market through a trial order and CE certification, and has since received successive purchase orders from several local companies. Product performance and compliance with applicable standards have been progressively validated in actual service. IRAM 2263 is highly compatible with the IEC standard framework, providing a stable technical foundation for GRAND CABLE's continued supply in the Argentine market.

From the initial trial order to the current order from the third independent purchaser, GRAND CABLE's customer base in Argentina is expanding from a single client to multiple local procurement entities, while applications have broadened from trial projects to a wider range of distribution network works.
