Factory Inspection Approved for Palestine Power Utility Cable Procurement Project

Recently, GRAND CACHE successfully completed the customer witness acceptance test for the ABC cable supply order of the Palestine Material Procurement Project at its manufacturing facility in China. The test was jointly conducted by two project engineers from the client — Palestine's Southern Electricity Company (SELCO) — together with GRAND CABLE's local partner contractor in Palestine.

During the acceptance process, the three parties carried out rigorous on-site tests on randomly selected cable samples in accordance with international standards and project technical specifications. The tests covered key items including mechanical performance tests, electrical tests, and structural dimension inspections. All test indicators were confirmed to meet the required specifications, and the acceptance report was duly signed by all parties on-site.

The successful completion of this on-site witness acceptance marks a significant milestone in the fulfillment of the order, and the products are now ready for shipment. As planned, this batch of ABC cables will be used for the upgrade and maintenance of the distribution network in the Gaza region, helping to enhance the operational stability of the local power system.

At the same time, to further verify the long-term reliability of the products under extreme environmental conditions, at the customer's request and with their joint witnessing, GRAND CABLE has sent product samples to a provincial product quality inspection institute with CNAS and ISO certification for more rigorous simulated weathering tests. These tests are designed to comprehensively evaluate the long-term suitability of the cable products under local climatic conditions in Palestine, providing a solid technical basis for their full-scale application in the region.
